• You're in total control - No deadlines! Enter your events at any time. Review, Edit, Suspend, Remove your events at any time.
• Add images to enhance your event's presentation. Include the URL of your organization's website so that viewers can click to go to your website.
• Your events will be cross-promoted on other popular San Antonio websites for even greater exposure.
• Enter your events and display them automatically on your website without programming.
• Publicizing will be Targeted, Relevant & Tasteful.
• You'll be able to easily Sell Tickets to your events online!
• And, best of all, it's totally FREE!

• have a Start Date and End Date.
• have an image (jpg photo or gif)
• take place within the Greater San Antonio Area or not more than 90 miles from center of San Antonio
• be open to the public and not be recurring monthly or member-only meetings and parties
• be classified as Visual or Performing Arts, Cultural Events, Festivals, Sports, Kid's special events, and Charitable Events. See pull-down arrow on "Event Type" on the Event Listing Form for ideas.
• Not accepted: political events, weekly religious services, high school games, multi-level net-working seminars (such as financial, motivational speakers, sales and marketing,) Okay to post: local college and pro-sports may post once-a-month home game schedules and non-profit sports may post anytime.

You will not see your event posting immediately. Your account will be approved in 2 to 24 hours. Once you have an approved account, you will be able to see additional events as soon as you post them. If you do not see your event within 24 hours, logon with your password to see if you forgot to fill in a required field on the Event Form, such as the Event Type or the Image Upload. You might have forgotten to hit the "Add Event" button at the bottom of the page after all the fields have been filled in, Click on the Add Event button again so that the event registers.
