Zoeller Trail (10k or 5k): On paved roads along the river with some portions on unimproved private roads.

Brownsboro Trail (13k or 7k): The 13k route contains portions of pavement, unimproved roads, and off-road trails.

Both routes cross the Guadalupe River. Each route has a checkpoint at a historic cemetery.
